OUR STORY
The Story Behind RAW
What started as a small aesthetics practice grew into something bigger. After more than 20 years inside conventional healthcare, founder Krystle Dillon kept seeing the same thing: good people rushed through a few-minute visit, treated like a chart number, sent home with more questions than answers.
Krystle opened Rural Authentic Wellness to do the opposite. The name is the promise. RAW stands for Rural Authentic Wellness, and authentic is the whole point. Real care, real conversations, and no pretense.
Today, RAW is a membership clinic serving families across rural Minnesota, built on the same straightforward, relationship-first care it began with.

Our Mission
Rural Authentic Wellness was built to make honest, relationship-based healthcare the normal experience in rural Minnesota, not the exception. We care for the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, and we stay with our members through every season of life instead of rushing them through a slot on the schedule. That means giving you real-time, direct access and straight answers, then partnering with you to act on them. We believe the best outcomes grow from trust, personal responsibility, and the resilience rural communities already know well.
Our Vision
We see a rural Minnesota where good care no longer depends on big systems, big premiums, or a long drive to the city. A region where every family has a provider who knows their name and their history, where the cost of care is never a surprise, and where staying well is something people can plan for instead of fear. As Rural Authentic Wellness grows across West Central and South Central Minnesota, that goal never changes: to prove that care this personal belongs in small towns, too.

Meet the Team Behind Your Care
Krystle Dillon
Founder & Lead Provider · APRN, CNP, FNP-C
Krystle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, from urgent care to home health. After years of watching patients get rushed through a system that left no room to truly connect, she founded RAW to put the patient-provider relationship back at the center. She cares for members from a child's first checkup to a senior's golden years, and outside the clinic, she is a mom, an outdoor enthusiast, and active in her church and community.
Stephanie Vogel
Family Nurse Practitioner · APRN, CNP, FNP-C
Stephanie has spent nearly 20 years in nursing, working her way from CNA to RN to family nurse practitioner. She cares for patients at every stage of life, with a special passion for women's health, including postpartum care, menopause, and hormone health. A wife and mother of four, you will often find her cheering in the stands at her kids' games or volunteering at her church.
Casi Mulder
Registered Nurse · BSN
Casi, pronounced Kay-see, brings more than 13 years of experience as a registered nurse to the RAW team. She pairs that clinical background with a genuine passion for caring for the people of her community.

Rachel is a registered nurse with several years of experience across a range of healthcare settings. She brings a steady, compassionate approach and a real commitment to helping patients feel their best.
