Meet the Team at Your Primary Care Provider
You shouldn’t have to re-explain your history every visit or wait days for a callback. At Rural Authentic Wellness, you get a primary care provider, Olivia and Redwood Falls, MN families reach by direct message, plus a MedSpa team in the same building. Here are the six people you’ll work with.
A Primary Care Provider Who Knows You
We keep our patient panel small on purpose. That means appointments that aren’t rushed, direct messaging access to your provider for non-urgent questions, and visits that start where the last one left off instead of from scratch.
It also means your provider asks about your sleep, diet, stress, and what’s going on at home, because those factors drive much of what shows up in the exam room. That’s what we mean by whole-body care.
RAW runs two services out of Olivia and Redwood Falls, MN. The clinic side covers family medicine, urgent visits, hormone health, and Direct Lab work. The MedSpa side covers aesthetic treatments. Clinic care runs on a monthly membership; MedSpa treatments are open to members and non-members.

These are the two people who manage your medical care and know your history.
Krystle Dillon, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, RN
Owner & Family Nurse Practitioner
Krystle founded RAW after years of fifteen-minute appointments that left no time to treat the root of a problem. She’s a family nurse practitioner, and the provider most members see first for primary and urgent care. On the MedSpa side, she performs facial balancing and filler.
Stephanie Vogel, APRN, CNP, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie is a family nurse practitioner who handles hormone replacement therapy for women, from the initial appointment through ongoing monitoring. She also sees members for general primary care.

Casi Mulder, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse
Casi has worked as a registered nurse for more than thirteen years. She performs neurotoxin on the MedSpa side.
Rachel Haubrich, RN
Registered Nurse
Rachel is a registered nurse who performs neurotoxin treatments at the MedSpa.
Hannah Youngkrantz, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Hannah is a licensed practical nurse. She runs your Direct Lab draws. Swabs are run in-office, and most send-out lab results come back in about a week.

Advanced Practice Aesthetician
Alice is RAW’s advanced practice aesthetician and performs the facials and skin treatments. She builds each treatment around your skin type and the result you’re after.

1. Who will be my main provider at RAW?
Most members see Krystle Dillon or Stephanie Vogel as their primary provider. You keep the same provider rather than seeing whoever is available, and you can message your care team directly between visits.
2. Is RAW a clinic or a MedSpa?
Both in one building. The clinic side covers family medicine, urgent care, hormone health, and lab work. The MedSpa side covers aesthetic treatments. Clinic care is by membership; aesthetic treatments are open to members and non-members.
3. Do I have to be a member to see a provider?
For ongoing primary care, hormone therapy, and most clinic services, yes. RAW runs on a monthly membership. Aesthetic treatments at the MedSpa are open to everyone, and the meet-and-greet is free.
4. Who performs which aesthetic treatments?
Alice VanderStelt performs facials and skin treatments. Casi Mulder and Rachel Haubrich, both registered nurses, perform neurotoxin. Krystle Dillon performs lip enhancements and facial balancing.
5. How do I reach my care team between visits?
Members message their provider through the patient portal and secure messaging for non-urgent questions, photos of a concern, prescription requests, and scheduling. You don’t sit on hold to get an answer.
