Meet Dana Mack

RN, FNP-C, MSN

Dana Mack has over twenty years' experience in nursing. She received her dipolma for her LPN in 2009 through Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Following her diploma program, she earned her Associate in Science Degree from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN in 2011. In 2015, she graduated from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN with her Masters in Science degree. 


Dana has nursing experience in clinic, hospital, and long- term care settings. 


Professional interests include hormone therapy replacement, weight management, mental health management, chronic migraine care, and acne management. With a strong foundation in nursing and while-in person wellness, Dana strives to empower her patients with knowledge, support, and individualized care. 


Outside of her professional life, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, rollerblading, and traveling. I look forward to truly listening to your needs and being involved in your healthcare.
