Your membership covers the care you actually need, at a price you can plan around.
Every member gets unlimited acute and chronic care visits during business hours, nutritional counseling, body composition analysis, and hormone follow-up appointments. In-office procedures are also available to members; supplies are billed separately at a flat $50 fee regardless of procedure type, covering everything from laceration repair and joint injections to biopsies, casting, and cast removal.
Members also receive deeply discounted lab testing through our service. Routine bloodwork, wellness panels, vitamin deficiency checks, and chronic condition monitoring, all at a fraction of what you'd pay through a hospital lab.

Members get same-day and next-day access for acute care needs during business hours, no urgent care waiting rooms, no separate copay stacked on top of your membership, and no explaining yourself to a provider who doesn't know you. If something comes up after hours, a flat-rate phone or in-person option is available.
This is business-hours urgent care as part of your primary care membership. It's one of the reasons members tell us they'd never go back to the traditional system.

Chronic Care Management Without Starting Over Every Year
Managing a chronic condition in a standard clinic means retelling your full history at every visit, often to a different provider each time.
At Rural Authentic Wellness, your care team tracks your progress over time. They know what's been tried, what's worked, and what still needs attention. Chronic care here includes ongoing condition management, medication reviews, and regular lab monitoring through our affordable lab testing. We run membership wellness panels that check B12, vitamin D, folic acid, and other markers that traditional clinics routinely skip.
Many of our members come to us after years of being told their labs look normal. They leave their first visit with actual answers.

Urgent care visits routinely cost significantly more per visit than a full month of Rural Authentic Wellness membership, often before any additional billing arrives. Stack that on your monthly premium and your deductible, and a sore throat becomes an expensive afternoon.
Rural Authentic Wellness members access urgent care during business hours as part of their flat monthly rate. After hours, it's $100 for an in-person visit or $25 for a phone call. For many families, a single after-hours call or visit covers a month of membership.

1. Do I need insurance to join?
No. Rural Authentic Wellness operates on a flat monthly membership model. Insurance is not required, accepted, or billed for membership services. Many members pair their membership with a HealthShare plan or a high-deductible catastrophic policy for hospital and specialist coverage.
2. What conditions does Rural Authentic Wellness treat?
We handle most primary and urgent care needs: acute illnesses, chronic condition management, preventative and annual care, hormone and weight management, mental health support and referrals, nutritional counseling, and in-office procedures including laceration repair, joint injections, biopsies, casting, and cast removal. DOT exams and sports physicals are included in your membership at no additional charge. If something falls outside our scope, we help coordinate the right referral.
3. How is this different from my current clinic?
At a standard insurance-based clinic, you wait weeks for a 10-minute appointment with a provider who may not know your name. At Rural Authentic Wellness, your established care visit is 90 minutes. You see the same provider every time. Unlimited acute and chronic care visits are covered by your flat monthly rate, no per-visit billing for standard care, no surprise statements weeks later.
4. Can my whole family join?
Yes. Membership tiers cover individuals, couples, young adults, children, and families. A household with three or more children qualifies for the Family Max rate of $240/month, which covers all children alongside two adults at the couple rate of $150/month.
5. What happens if I need a hospital or specialist?
Rural Authentic Wellness is your primary care home, not a replacement for hospital or specialty services. If you need imaging, a referral, or specialist care, we'll coordinate it and advocate for you through the process. Most members pair their membership with a HealthShare plan or a catastrophic policy for those situations.
